Nancy Crivello was incredible to work with as a first time homebuyer. She was calm, knowledgeable, approachable, nonjudgmental, and not pushy at all. If you are looking for a trustworthy realtor, who knows the area, the pitfalls of real estate, has an attorney she works with, look no further. I got the best service imaginable. The sale was conducted from another state and at no time did that get complicated. Perfect communication from Nancy on variety of issues throughout the process, none became problems. I needed help on removing old heavy furniture from the house and Nancy handled all aspects of hiring, negotiating and payment to the junk removing company. Very pleased.
